Jobs in our database come form three primary channels; 1) our employer partners who post with us on a regular basis, 2) we work with staffing agencies and third party recruiters who post jobs with us, 3) we have numerous nationwide partnerships with various diverse organizations who post jobs with us, and 4) to ensure our job seekers have every possible job lead, our researches spend hours everyday on the phone and web seeking new job leads. Our goal is to provide you a time-saving, one-stop shop of job leads and career resources That's right we do the work so you don't have to!

Q: What types of jobs are in your database?
A: While we provide a variety of positions for the entry-level to executive, a majority of our positions fall in the middle. You will find a variety of jobs in our database divided into over 15 categories; such as Professional Sports, High School & College Athletics, Sports Marketing, Sales, Technology, Health & Fitness, Broadcast & New Media, Event Management, Internships and lots more!

Q: How fresh our your job leads and how often are they posted?
We post new and exciting job opportunities every day of the week except Sunday. The jobs in our database are approved and posted daily, within 24 hours of being submitted. To ensure our standards of quality, each posting is individually reviewed by one of our staff members before being posted to the job database.

Q: How long do the jobs remain posted?
On the average our postings remain active for 30 days unless the employer has a short term hiring deadline and would like the position only posted for a couple of weeks. Sometimes jobs will remain posted beyond 30 days if the employer would like to review more candidates.

While this varies form day to day, job seekers can be assured that there will always be hundreds of new job postings each month.

Q: Where are the posted jobs located?
While most of the jobs are located in the United States and Canada, from time to time we have international positions as well. For your convenience, jobs can be searched by state, internationally, key word, or industry category interest.

Q: How can I contact employers about job openings?
A: Each job description includes all of the contact information provided by the employer. Most of our employer partners opt to receive resume applications via email. Some of our employer partners, such as college athletic department may require applications by direct mail with reference letters. In addition, some employers may request faxed resumes. Either way, rest assured we will provide you with the information available.

A: If you sign up for the newsletter, you will receive information on the “Hot Jobs of the Week” in the sports industry. The newsletter gives you leads on the type of jobs we are listing in our jobs database.

Q: Do I need to subscribe to the job database to submit my resume?
No, there is not cost simply cut and paste and click! We recommend that everyone who is interested in applying for a position submit their resume into our resume bank and select your career area of interest. There is NO FEE to do this. The resume bank is accessed by our recruiters on a regular basis. You may be called for an interview whether you subscribe or not. However, if you wish to take a "pro-active" position in your job search and you would like to apply directly to the employer through our system, then you will need to subscribe. We also recommend you sign up for our FREE E-Newsletter which includes periodic job and event announcements.

Q: Why should I post my resume on your site?
Employers in the sports industry will be able to view your resume through our resume database system. Access to the database is password protected to insure your privacy. All job seekers have the option to submit their resume confidentially as well.

Through submitting your resume to the database you give consent to employer partners and recruiters the access to your resume. We use our best efforts to grant access to the database only to internal recruiters and or registered employer partners and human resource professionals. You may remove your resume from our database at any time. However, employer partners who have had access to the database, and recruiters who have otherwise gained access to the database, may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files or databases.
